[STS-112] - Wrong implementation of OgnlPropertyBinder when property
is a parameterized collection
[STS-113] - URL encoding to support non-cookie sessions
[STS-114] - Multipart form-data and multi-byte character problem
[STS-116] - Non-nested indexed objects (maps and lists) are not
instantiated correctly by Stripes
[STS-117] - Wizard fields tag will include the event name parameter
if the current request is for a different action bean
New Features
[STS-8] - Create TypeConverter for BigInteger
[STS-10] - Create a TypeConverter for BigDecimal
[STS-89] - Tool to generate a simple listing of URL->ActionBean using
APT so that it is possible to view all URL bindings in one place
