[#STS-611] RedirectResolution("/foo/") does not redirect to /foo/foo/ in context /foo - Stripes

Description

In a webapp deployed in context /foo, RedirectResolution("/foo/") does not redirect to /foo/foo/ but /foo/ which contradicts the documentation. RedirectResolution("/foo/", true) does not help either. Will attach a candidate fix.
